宜蘭的這個Hotel非常的不錯，雖然是在夏天要泡溫泉，但是我覺得整體來說，還是非常的不錯的。小朋友可以去玩遊戲，早餐也不錯。還有下午茶，我還有玩晚餐的點心。

厲害的蟑螂屋，spa也特別不乾淨，一半的設備在維護，1623房內排水特差泡個湯滿地都是水，二樓遊戲場下午四點五點過去明明沒在休息維護時間沒有工作人員，反而跟我說他們去吃飯嘍現在沒人要我等一個小時再回來我就好奇了沒人輪班嗎？你們並沒有在維護時間這樣受損的是我們的權益，只能說集團品牌越來越差，真的不敢恭維啊

非常好的體驗，從櫃檯到溫泉spa的服務人員態度親切，加上每個部門的服務都非常完善，我們有帶小寶寶，飯店能夠提供所有設備，例如消毒鍋、床圍和嬰兒床等等的！另外最重要的是，下午茶點心及晚上宵夜for free!很豐盛！！！

My first time here, I was treated to a simple welcome snack, a goodnight snack, and a surprisingly rich breakfast! I enjoyed a relaxing hot spring bath, a comfortable room without a musty smell, and, most importantly, delicious sparkling water. I'll definitely be back next time. Great!
